Frequently asked questions

Returns are accepted only in cases where the wrong item has been delivered or the product is received damaged.

Orders usually take 1 day to be processed. Once processed, delivery takes 3–5 business days.
You will receive a tracking ID via email once your order has been shipped.

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking ID and a link to track your shipment.
